SHIPPING

✶ Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from Bali, Indonesia (GMT+8).

Shipments are processed once daily, Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed outside these hours will be processed the next business day.


✶ What shipping couriers do you use?

We ship via EMS and DHL.

Estimated transit times:

EMS — 7–10 business days

DHL — 4–7 business days

Please be mindful of regional or public holidays that may affect delivery times.


✶ I have a specific event. Can you ship in time for it?

Yes, if you notify us before placing your order.

Orders placed without prior notice will follow standard processing timelines.

Please contact us early to confirm feasibility and refer to the shipping durations above before purchasing.

✶ Duties & Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by their country of residence.

✶ Lost / Stolen Packages

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been dispatched and marked as delivered.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS


✶ Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are accepted only for orders that have not yet been shipped.

Once an item is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed.


For pre-order items, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.

If your order was placed on a Friday, you may cancel anytime before processing resumes on Monday.


If cancellation occurs before production or shipment begins, a full refund will be issued.

After that, cancellations are considered on a case-by-case basis.


✶ Can I return or exchange my order?

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please review our Size Guide carefully before ordering and reach out if you need sizing assistance.

We cannot accommodate returns or refunds due to change-of-mind or incorrect fit.

In the rare event that your item arrives defective, please send us an unboxing video upon receipt so we can verify and resolve the issue promptly.

For verified defects:

• We can issue store credit, or

• For ready-stock items, a replacement (free of charge).

Please note that minor variations or irregularities are inherent to the handmade process and are not considered defects.
