✶ How long does it take to process an order?

• Ready-stock items: 1–2 business days.
• Pre-order items: 1–2 weeks to craft your order.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 (GMT+8).

Public holidays may affect our operational hours, any scheduled closures will be announced in advance.

If any unexpected delay arises, we’ll reach out directly — that’s our responsibility.

✶ Can I customise my pre-order items?

Yes — for an additional fee. Please indicate this in your order notes or email us within 24 hours of purchase at hello@niskalareflectives.com.

We can customise the following areas:

• Sleeve length

• Leg inseam

• Side seam length (underarm to hem)

• Skirt length

If you’d like to adjust something else, let us know! we’ll do our best to make it work. We want each piece to fit you perfectly.
